So the news is all about how Defibs should be more readily accessable... good news... they are fool proof. But would you have the confidence to use one.

We are able to run AED courses, OFSTED Courses, HSE courses any thing you would need.

With all the first aid course I run people are always astonished at the low success rate of CPR and delayed defribulation. 10% survival rate. Scarey!

WWSR White Water Safety and Rescue

Far too many days spent throwing people into the River Dart.

Having run courses over the last few weekends for Exmoor Canoe Club, Avon Outdoor Club, Taunton Canoe Club. I've realised how much I enjoy running these courses. The guys who attend all go away saying how they now feel like they can be a usefull member of the team if it all goes a bit "pete tounge". Simple stragegies, simple kit, but effective use....

These guys could now make a difference...good on em!!!
