We are able to run AED courses, OFSTED Courses, HSE courses any thing you would need.

With all the first aid course I run people are always astonished at the low success rate of CPR and delayed defribulation. 10% survival rate. Scarey!

so every day I ask youngsters and adults alike to take a leap of faith. Well, now its my turn. after 20 years of running adventure activites for other organisations, its time for me to do it for myself. This is my new adventure.
